Así es Baltazár, un nuevo concepto gastronómico ambientado en una versión nueva y urbana de una bodega romántica tradicional con unas fantásticas vistas a nuestros exuberantes jardines y piscinas. Nuestros chefs en Baltazár seleccionan los productos españoles más frescos y naturales para la cocina. Se puede destacar la influencia de técnicas locales e internacionales para darle a cada plato el sabor único de Baltazár.

Además de los platos españoles clásicos, lo más destacado del menú son las carnes y pescados frescos cocinados en uno de las cuatro parrillas que disponemos.
